This site offers information about the private consulting services provided by Projectmanagmentpr in Puerto Rico. It is not official legal or tax advice and does not guarantee approval of any state or federal program.
2. Independent status
Projectmanagmentpr is an independent private consultancy. We are not a government agency. We do not officially represent the Puerto Rico Treasury Department, FEMA, HUD, USDA Rural Development or any other public entity.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to send false information or information that does not belong to you, and not to attempt to disrupt the site through mass scraping, reverse engineering or automated attacks.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, images, brand, logo, design and source code are owned by Projectmanagmentpr or by third parties under license. Their total or partial reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
5. Service availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available 24/7, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, force majeure or technical reasons. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by a temporary lack of service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Puerto Rico applicable law, our maximum liability toward you is limited to the amount actually paid for services in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that by law cannot be limited (e.g. willful misconduct or gross negligence).
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Juan, PR, unless applicable consumer law states otherwise.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms at any time. The current version, with its date, will always be the one published on this page. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance.
