At Projectmanagmentpr we respect your privacy and treat your data responsibly. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what rights you have under the laws of Puerto Rico, the United States, and — when applicable — the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Projectmanagmentpr is a private consultancy based at 207 Domenech Ave., Suite 4, Hato Rey, San Juan, PR 00918. We operate under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily share through our contact form: name, email and the message you choose to send. We also collect basic technical browser information (language, device type, source page) when you explicitly accept analytics cookies.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to reply to your request, schedule meetings, send information about programs you asked us to review and, where applicable, to comply with legal or accounting obligations. We never sell your information to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent (form), the performance of the service you requested and our legitimate interest in keeping a verifiable and secure channel of communication.
5. Retention
We retain form data for a maximum of 36 months from your last contact, unless Puerto Rico accounting or tax law requires a longer period. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Sharing with third parties
We only share data with technology providers strictly required to deliver our service (email, messaging, consent-based analytics, hosting) and with authorities when there is a valid legal requirement. All providers act under confidentiality and processing agreements.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or objection at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit, role-based access control, encrypted backups — to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorized access.
9. Minors
Our services are aimed at people 18 years and older. We do not knowingly request or collect data from minors.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version with its date will always be published on this page.
